Transparent Rates
Standard commissioning is $125/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Call-out fees are waived on larger projects.
Hourly Rate
Call-Out Fees
- 0–40 km: $75 (waived for projects > 4 hours)
- 41–60 km: $125 (waived for projects > 6 hours)

Scheduling & Support

- Minimum 48-hour notice for standard appointments
- Cancel within 24 hours: 50% of minimum charge
Scope Changes
- Additional work beyond original scope billed at standard hourly rates
- We’ll notify you before proceeding with billable change orders
Warranty
- 30-day warranty on commissioning services (hardware excluded)
- Unlimited phone/email support for 30 days post-commissioning
