Following the launch of the ultra-compact LOP-200/300 series (4" x 2", 200W/300W), MEAN WELL has expanded the LOP family with the LOP-400/500/600 series. Featuring a slightly larger 5" x 3" footprint and delivering 400W, 500W, or 600W output, these ultra-low-profile PCB-type power supplies combine high performance, high reliability, and excellent EMC compliance in a cost-effective package.
Engineered for both Class I and Class II systems, the LOP series supports a broad range of electronic instruments and devices, offering a robust solution where space-saving, efficiency, and safety are critical.
Key Upgrades Over EPP/RPS Series
Compared to the existing EPP/RPS-300/400/500 models, the LOP-400/500/600 offers:
- Lower profile design (height: 1.08" ~ 1.31") for compact integration
- Expanded voltage options from 12V to 54V
- Increased output power up to 600W within the same 5" x 3" footprint
- 150% peak load capacity for up to 3 seconds
- Wider temperature range: -40°C to +80°C
- OVCIII compliance and 2xMOPP isolation for medical and BF-type applications
- Multiple international safety certifications: IEC/UL 62368-1, IEC 60601-1, IEC 615581, IEC 60335-1
