The BIC-5K series is designed for true bidirectional operation. It converts AC power to DC to efficiently charge batteries, and when energy recovery is required, it converts DC power back into AC and feeds it directly into the grid. This closed-loop energy reuse mechanism helps users lower electricity costs, improve overall system efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions.
Featuring high efficiency up to 93.5%, ultra-fast bidirectional switching (<1 ms), parallel scalability up to 30 kW, and built-in digital communication interfaces, the BIC-5K series is engineered for demanding industrial and energy applications. Typical use cases include battery cell formation and grading, battery testing systems, power supply burn-in systems, energy storage systems (ESS), and V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) applications.
