  1. 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
  2. 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
  3. 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
  4. 4. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE".
  5. 5. Derating may be needed under low input voltages. Please check the static characteristics for more details.

Can I use the HLN-40H-20A for 20V LED signage or illuminated panels?

Yes, if the signage load is designed for 20V operation and stays within 40W total power. This model provides up to 2A output and works across a 12-20V constant-current range.

Is the HLN-40H-20A suitable for 20V linear lighting products?

It can be suitable for 20V linear lighting as long as the load does not exceed 40W or 2A. The IP64 enclosure also makes it more practical for lighting applications where dust or splashing water are present.

Can this driver be used for 20V retail display lighting?

Yes, when the display lighting requires 20V and fits within the driver's 40W maximum output. The 90-305VAC input range is also useful where the project needs broad AC input compatibility.

Would the HLN-40H-20A work for compact outdoor sign lighting?

It can be used for 20V sign lighting where the total load stays within 2A and 40W and where IP64 protection is sufficient. Its operating temperature range of -40°C to +50°C supports use in a wide range of ambient conditions.

This model can supply up to 40W at 20V, with a maximum output current of 2A. Estimated strip length = 40W divided by your strip's rated power per meter, and you should check your strip rated power per meter before sizing.
