Can I use the LDH-45B-1050DA for a 1050mA LED downlight with a higher forward-voltage string?

Yes, if the downlight is designed for constant current operation at 1050mA and its total forward voltage stays within the 36-43V CC range. This narrower range makes it better suited to higher-voltage LED loads than a wider-range model. It is not intended for constant voltage LED products.

Will this work for signage modules that need 1050mA constant current?

It can, provided the signage module is specified for 1050mA constant current input and operates within the 36-43V constant current range. This driver is rated at 45.15W and should be matched to a load within that output window. It should not be used where the LED module expects constant voltage power.

Is the LDH-45B-1050DA suitable for a small LED array with a tight voltage requirement?

Yes, this model is intended for constant current LED arrays at 1050mA where the total forward voltage falls between 36V and 43V. Because the CC range starts at 36V, it fits higher-voltage arrays better than lower-voltage strings. The number of LEDs depends on each LED's forward voltage.
