FAQ

What kind of spaces is the Nordlux Glossy table lamp best suited for?

This model is well suited to desks, side tables, reception areas, lounges, and other interior spaces where a soft decorative light is needed. Its Nordic minimalist design and premium material mix make it a strong fit for hospitality, office, and residential-style commercial interiors.

What makes the Nordlux Glossy table lamp different from a standard desk lamp?

The Glossy is designed as a decorative table lamp with a refined visual finish rather than as a purely utilitarian task light. It stands out through its combination of opal white glass, brass, and marble, which gives this model a more elevated and architectural look.

Is the Nordlux Glossy table lamp dimmable?

No. This model is listed with dimming control as none, so it is not specified as a dimmable table lamp. It is intended to provide a soft, comfortable light through the opal white glass shade.

What are the main specifications of this table lamp?

The Nordlux Table Lamp Glossy White (DFTP) has a 15 W power rating and a product weight of 3.0 kg. It is finished in white and includes the driver.

Can the marble base vary from lamp to lamp?

Yes. The product description notes that marble is a natural material, so lines, colors, and patterns may vary between individual lamps. That means each unit can have slight visual differences while keeping the same overall design intent.

What operating environment is this lamp rated for?

This model is specified for ambient temperatures from -10°C to 40°C. That range helps define the suitable operating environment, but the product is positioned within interior lighting categories rather than outdoor use.

Glossy is the epitome of tasteful and sophisticated design. The Danish designer, Maria Berntsen, has created a table lamp that oozes of Nordic minimalism, and where the combination of the exclusive materials, marble, brass and opal white glass contribute to an incredibly elegant design. Glossy is named after the shiny surface of the opal white glass, which lets a soft and comfortable light shine through. Marble is a natural material and therefore lines, colors and patterns may vary from lamp to lamp.
