FAQ
Where can the Nordlux Wall Arcus Black be used?
The Nordlux Wall Arcus Black is designed for both outdoor and indoor use. Its IP54 rating and minimal wall-light design make it suitable for exterior walls as well as interior spaces where a durable LED wall light is needed.
What makes the Arcus different from a standard outdoor wall light?
This model combines an integrated LED light source with two lighting functions: an indicator light that comes on in the dark and automatic main light activation when movement is detected. It also supports Bluetooth control as part of the Nordlux Smart Light range, which sets it apart from basic non-connected wall lights.
Is the Nordlux Wall Arcus Black suitable for exposed outdoor conditions?
Yes, the Arcus is rated IP54, which helps protect it against dust and splashing water in outdoor environments. It is also specified for operation in temperatures from -10°C to 50°C, making it appropriate for a wide range of everyday exterior conditions.
Does this wall light work with smart lighting controls?
Yes, the Arcus has Bluetooth connectivity and is part of the Nordlux Smart Light range. It can be controlled from a mobile phone, by voice control, or together with a Nordlux Smart Sensor.
What are the main technical specifications of this model?
The Nordlux Wall Arcus Black includes an integrated LED module with a 9 W power rating, a black aluminium and plastic body, and a stated lifetime of 50,000 hours. It is a Class 1 product with earth contact, carries a 2-year warranty, and weighs 2 kg.
Can the light output be dimmed?
No, this model is listed with no dimming control. It is intended to provide fixed-output LED lighting with sensor-based and indicator-light functionality rather than adjustable dimming.
