Can I use the SE-450-12 for a 12V industrial control panel with multiple DC loads?

Yes, this model is a constant voltage 12V power supply rated for 37.5A and 450W. That makes it suitable for 12V industrial control panels, automation assemblies, or embedded systems that need a shared 12V DC bus within that output limit.

Is the SE-450-12 a good fit for 12V machine-vision lighting or inspection equipment?

It can be a fit when the inspection hardware requires regulated 12V DC and the total load stays within 37.5A and 450W. Note 5 of the sheet says it does not meet EN61000-3-2 harmonic limits, so it must not be part of a lighting system on 220VAC+ public mains in the EU.
