HEP-240-15 is the 15V output model of this series: rated current 15A, rated power 225W, typical efficiency 90%.

HEP-240 is a 240W industrial AC/DC power supply featuring the outstanding capability to operate under a harsh environment with high dust density, humidity, vibration and altitude. The entire series is housed with a robust aluminum case and fully potted with heat-conducted silicone. Thanks to state-of-the-art design, the working efficiency is up to 93.5%, enabling HEP-240, with a fanless design, perfectly work between -55℃ and +70℃ under free air convection.

  1. 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
  2. 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
  3. 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
  4. 4. Derating may be needed under low input voltages. Please check the static characteristics for more details.

  6. 6. Length of set up time is measured at cold first start. Turning ON/OFF the power supply may lead to increase of the set up time.

Yes, this model is a constant-voltage 15V supply rated for 15A and 225W, which fits 15V industrial control loads that need a fixed 15V DC output. Its wide 90-264VAC input range (277VAC operational, also 128-370VDC) also helps when the AC source varies across different facilities.
