HLG-150H-24 is the 24V output model of this series: rated current 6.3A, rated power 151.2W, typical efficiency 93%.

HLG-150H series is a 150W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-150H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 94%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67/IP65 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-150H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Can I use the HLG-150H-24 to power standard 24V LED strip lighting outdoors?

Yes. The HLG-150H-24 outputs 24V at up to 6.3A (151.2W) with an IP67 waterproof rating, making it an excellent choice for outdoor 24V LED strip installations exposed to rain, snow, or high humidity. The fanless metal housing and -40°C to +90°C case-temperature (Tcase) rating handle harsh weather conditions.

Is the HLG-150H-24 suitable for powering 24V LED channel letter signs?

Yes. At 151.2W and 24V, it can drive a significant run of standard 24V sign modules. IP67 waterproofing allows outdoor mounting (use waterproof connectors or a cable joiner on the output wiring), and the wide 90-305VAC input handles commercial mains supplies in most countries.

Can the HLG-150H-24 power 24V LED linear fixtures in a commercial or industrial space?

Yes. The 151.2W capacity at 24V is well-suited for commercial linear LED fixtures in warehouses, retail spaces, or offices. In constant-current mode it drives LED loads whose voltage falls anywhere within its 12-24V CC region.

How many meters of 24V LED strip can the HLG-150H-24 drive?

Divide the 151.2W rated power by the strip's rated power per meter. For example, a 24V strip rated at 14.4W/m allows about 10.5 meters (151.2W / 14.4W per meter). A 10W/m strip allows about 15 meters. Always check your strip's rated power per meter and keep total load at or below 151.2W.

Can the HLG-150H-24 be installed in an outdoor junction box exposed to rain?

Yes. Its IP67 rating provides dust-tight protection and protection against temporary water immersion. It can be mounted in outdoor junction boxes, on exterior walls, or inside sign cabinets; make the output connections with waterproof connectors or a cable joiner as shown on the datasheet.

What are the differences between the HLG-150H-24, 24A, 24AB, and 24B models?

All four share the same 151.2W / 24V / 6.3A core specs. The base HLG-150H-24 has fixed output and IP67 waterproof rating. The -24A adds output voltage/current adjustment via built-in potentiometer (IP65). The -24AB adds both adjustment and 1-10V/PWM dimming input (IP65). The -24B adds dimming input only and retains IP67.
