  1. 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated load and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
  2. 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
  3. 3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
  4. 4. Derating may be needed under low input voltage. Please check the static characteristics for more details.
  5. 5. The power supply is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. What LED strip lengths can the LPV-60-12 realistically power?

The LPV-60-12 provides 60W at 12V (5A). To estimate the maximum strip length, divide 60W by your strip's rated power per metre — a strip at 10 W/m, for instance, supports up to 6 metres (60 ÷ 10 = 6 m). Always confirm the rated W/m on your specific strip before specifying the run length.

Is the LPV-60-12 suitable for fully outdoor, weather-exposed mounting?

The LPV-60-12 is IP67 rated — fully dust-tight and protected against temporary water immersion (avoid immersion over 30 minutes) — and operates from -30°C to +70°C with derating at higher temperatures. The sheet rates it for indoor or outdoor use without direct sunlight exposure, so it suits outdoor signage and facade LED strips when mounted out of direct sun.

What certifications does the LPV-60-12 carry?
