ELG-100-24B-3Y is the 24V output model of this series: rated current 4.0A, typical efficiency 88%.

ELG-100 series is a 100W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. ELG-100 operates from 100~360VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 24V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 91%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67/IP65 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. ELG-100 is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system

Test conditions and notes13

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE". For DA-Type, Constant Current region is 60%~100% of maximum voltage under rated power delivery.
3. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
4. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.
7. The driver is considered as a component that will be operated in combination with final equipment. Yes. The ELG-100-24B-3Y is rated IP67, protecting it against dust and temporary water immersion. It is suitable for exterior lighting installations, outdoor signage, or any application where direct water contact is possible.

How many meters of 24V LED strip can the ELG-100-24B-3Y support?

At 96W and 24V (70W on 100–180VAC input), divide by your strip's wattage per meter. At 96W, a 9.6 W/m strip allows up to 10 meters; a 19.2 W/m strip allows up to 5 meters. Always verify your specific strip's rated power per meter and leave a 20% safety margin.

What dimming inputs does the ELG-100-24B-3Y support?

As a 'B' suffix model, it supports 3-in-1 dimming: 0–10VDC analog, 10V PWM, and resistance-based dimming. This gives integrators flexibility to connect it to 0–10V, PWM or resistance-type lighting controls; the minimum dimming level is about 8%.

Is the ELG-100-24B-3Y suitable for powering 24V dimmable LED strip in an outdoor architectural facade?
