  1. 1. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
  2. 2. Direct connecting to LEDs is suggested, but is not suitable for using additional drivers.
  3. 3. To fulfill requirements of the latest ErP regulation for lighting fixtures, this LED power supply can only be used behind a switch without permanently connected to the mains.
  4. 4. The ambient temperature derating of 3.5℃/1000m with fanless models and of 5℃/1000m with fan models for operating altitude higher than 2000m(6500ft).

Can I use the PLD-60-1050B for a high-output LED downlight?

Yes, if the downlight requires 1050mA constant current and the LED load is within the 34-57V CC range. With a 59.85W rating, it is intended for higher-power downlight assemblies that need around 60W of drive.

Is the PLD-60-1050B suitable for LED signage modules or light engines?

It can be used where the LED module is designed for 1050mA constant current and operates between 34V and 57V. It is not a constant voltage supply, so it should only be paired with constant current LED loads.
