HLG-60H-24B is the 24V output model of this series: rated current 2.5A, rated power 60W, typical efficiency 89.5%.

HLG-60H series is a 60W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-60H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 15V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 90.5%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +80℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67/IP65 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-60H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes14

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.

Can I use the HLG-60H-24B with a 1-10V dimmer for outdoor 24V LED pathway lighting?

Yes. The HLG-60H-24B accepts 1-10V and PWM dimming signals and carries an IP67 waterproof rating, making it well suited for outdoor 24V pathway lights, step lights, or bollard fixtures where you want to dim at night while the driver remains exposed to weather.

Is the HLG-60H-24B a good choice for dimmable 24V LED facade or architectural lighting?

Yes. At 60W and 24V with dimming input and IP67 waterproofing, the HLG-60H-24B is designed for outdoor architectural lighting where both weather resistance and brightness scheduling are needed. Its -40°C to +80°C case temperature (Tcase) range ensures reliable operation year-round.

Can the HLG-60H-24B power dimmable 24V LED strips inside a waterproof outdoor enclosure?

Yes. The IP67 rating means you do not strictly need an enclosure for weather protection, but if your design uses one, the HLG-60H-24B can be mounted inside or outside it. The dimming input lets you pair with a timer or controller to schedule brightness changes for the 24V strip.

How many meters of 24V LED strip can the HLG-60H-24B power?

Divide 60W by the strip's rated power per meter. A 24V strip drawing 12W/m, for example, allows up to 5 meters (60W / 12W per meter = 5m). A lower-power strip at 7W/m would allow about 8.5 meters. Always verify your strip's rated wattage per meter before sizing.

Can the HLG-60H-24B withstand installation in a coastal environment with salt spray?

The IP67 rating provides dust and water protection, and the metal housing is durable. However, the datasheet makes no salt-spray or corrosion-resistance claim, so prolonged direct salt spray exposure may require an additional protective enclosure or periodic cleaning to preserve the housing and connectors.
