Yes, if the downlight is designed for 350mA constant current and the LED load falls within the 24-48V constant current range. That wider voltage range makes it more appropriate for longer series LED strings than low-voltage 350mA loads. Output power is 16.8W.
Is this driver a fit for signage modules or narrow linear LED arrays that need 350mA constant current?
It can be, provided the LED assembly requires 350mA constant current and the total forward voltage stays between 24V and 48V. This makes it more suitable for longer series-connected LED loads than short low-voltage arrays. It is not intended for constant voltage LED products.
Can the PCD-16-350A run a small architectural LED array with multiple LEDs in series?
Yes, if the array is specified for 350mA constant current and operates within the 24-48V CC range. The combination of 350mA output and up to 48V is often better aligned with series LED arrays than with single low-voltage emitters. The driver is also TRIAC dimmable.
What determines whether my LED string is compatible with this 350mA driver?
Your LED string must be a 350mA constant current load, and its total forward voltage must stay within 24-48V while operating. The number of LEDs depends on the forward voltage of each LED, so there is no single fixed series count. A constant voltage LED strip or module is not the correct match for this driver.
