HLG-60H-54 is the 54V output model of this series: rated current 1.15A, rated power 62.1W, typical efficiency 90.5%. Type Blank: Io and Vo fixed (IP67).

HLG-60H series is a 60W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. HLG-60H operates from 90～305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 15V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 90.5%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +80℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. HLG-60H is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system.

Test conditions and notes13

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
3. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.

5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.

Yes, provided the total load stays within 62.1W. The HLG-60H-54 outputs 54V at up to 1.15A in constant-current mode with a CC range of 32.4-54V. This suits small 54V high-bay or troffer modules in workshops, storerooms, or utility areas where a compact driver is sufficient.

Is the HLG-60H-54 suitable for driving 54V LED modules inside an outdoor sign cabinet?

Yes. Its IP67 waterproof rating and metal housing protect against dust and water, while the -40°C to +80°C case temperature (Tcase) range covers year-round outdoor temperatures. At 62.1W it can handle small to medium 54V sign module arrays. Note this is a fixed-output model with no dimming or adjustment.

Divide the 62.1W rating by the strip's rated power per meter. For a 54V strip at 10W/m, you get about 6.2 meters (62.1W / 10W per meter). At 20W/m, you get about 3.1 meters. Always check your strip's datasheet for rated wattage per meter and keep total draw at or below 62.1W.

Can the HLG-60H-54 operate in freezing conditions below -20°C?

Yes. The working case temperature (Tcase) range is -40°C to +80°C, so it handles deep-freeze environments; at high temperatures the load must be derated per the datasheet curve. Combined with IP67 dust-tight and waterproof protection, it is reliable for cold-storage facilities, ski resort lighting, or other sub-zero installations.

What are the differences between the HLG-60H-54 and the HLG-60H-54A?

Both are rated 62.1W at 54V / 1.15A with a CC range of 32.4-54V. The HLG-60H-54 has fixed output and IP67 waterproof protection. The HLG-60H-54A adds a potentiometer for output voltage and current adjustment but is rated IP65 instead of IP67. Choose the base model for maximum waterproofing, or the -54A when you need to fine-tune output levels.
