The AcTEC DIM12-50 is a 50W, 12V constant voltage triac dimmable LED driver, designed for smooth flicker-free dimming from leading edge or trailing edge wall dimmers. It delivers a regulated 12V DC output at up to 4.16A and dims cleanly across the full 1…100% range.

Accepting 220–240VAC mains (198–264V range, DC input compatible 176–250V DC), the DIM12-50 runs at up to 85% efficiency with a 0.95 power factor and THD of ≤15%. It carries built-in open circuit, short circuit, overload and over-temperature protection, is SELV isolated, and is rated for ambient temperatures of -20…+50°C. Housed in an IP20 plastic enclosure with captured screw terminals. It requires a minimum load of 12W to run and dim correctly.
