  1. 1. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
  2. 2. Direct connecting to LEDs is suggested, but is not suitable for using additional drivers.
  3. 3. To fulfill requirements of the latest ErP regulation for lighting fixtures, this LED power supply can only be used behind a switch without permanently connected to the mains.
  4. 4. The ambient temperature derating of 3.5℃/1000m with fanless models and of 5℃/1000m with fan models for operating altitude higher than 2000m(6500ft).

Can the PCD-25-1050B drive 1050mA LED downlights?

Yes, when the downlight is a constant-current 1050mA load and the total forward voltage stays within 16-24V. The unit is rated for 25.2W, so the connected LED load needs to stay within that limit.

Is this driver appropriate for 1050mA signage modules?

It can be used for signage modules if the module set is specified for 1050mA constant current and falls within the 16-24V constant-current range. This B version is designed for 180-295VAC input.

Can I use the PCD-25-1050B with a small LED array?

Yes, for a small LED array that requires 1050mA constant current and whose total forward voltage is between 16V and 24V. It is not intended for constant-voltage LED products because the operating mode is constant current.

What matters most for compatibility with this 1050mA driver?
