ELG-200-24-3Y is the 24V output model of this series: rated current 8.4A, typical efficiency 92%.

ELG-200 series is a 200W AC/DC LED driver featuring the dual mode constant voltage and constant current output. ELG-200 operates from 100 ~ 305VAC and offers models with different rated voltage ranging between 12V and 54V. Thanks to the high efficiency up to 93%, with the fanless design, the entire series is able to operate for -40℃ ~ +90℃ case temperature under free air convection. The design of metal housing and IP67/IP65 ingress protection level allows this series to fit both indoor and outdoor applications. ELG-200 is equipped with various function options, such as dimming methodologies, so as to provide the optimal design flexibility for LED lighting system

Test conditions and notes15

1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230VAC input, rated current and 25℃ of ambient temperature.
2. Please refer to "DRIVING METHODS OF LED MODULE".
3. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor.
4. Tolerance : includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
5. De-rating may be needed under low input voltages. Please refer to “STATIC CHARACTERISTIC” sections for details.
6. Length of set up time is measured at first cold start. Turning ON/OFF the driver may lead to increase of the set up time.

How does the ELG-200-24-3Y differ from the standard ELG-200-24?

The ELG-200-24-3Y is the 3-wire input variant: its AC input cable carries AC/N, AC/L and a PE (earth) conductor, and the sheet advises connecting the case to PE for complete EMC performance and safe use. Both models share the same 201.6W / 24V / 8.4A output, IP67 waterproof rating and 244 × 71 × 37.5 mm dimensions.

Can the ELG-200-24-3Y power outdoor 24V LED signage?

Yes. The ELG-200-24-3Y carries an IP67 waterproof rating, making it suitable for outdoor LED signage and architectural lighting exposed to rain and dust. Its -40°C to +90°C case temperature range covers year-round outdoor conditions.

For underground junction boxes with incidental water ingress, IP67 is generally acceptable; for continuously flooded environments, a higher-rated solution is recommended.

Can the ELG-200-24-3Y operate on 277V commercial mains supply in the United States?
