Can I use the HLN-80H-30A for LED signage lighting?

Yes, this driver is suitable for signage applications and delivers constant current at 2.7A with a 30V output. It is a fit for sign lighting loads that operate within the 18-30V constant-current range and stay within the 81W maximum power.

Is this driver suitable for a 30V linear LED lighting fixture?

It can be, if the fixture is designed for constant-current operation at 2.7A and falls inside the 18-30V CC range. The available output power is 81W, so the connected load needs to stay at or below that limit.

Can I use this for outdoor architectural or accent lighting?
