Description
Features:
The MINI series LED remotes use RF 2.4GHz wireless transmission technology and the control distance (under no interference) can be up to 30 meters.
Connect to a P5 controller with 5 channel outputs which supports DIM/CT/RGB/RGBW/RGBCW light. One remote can control a large amount of controllers within the effective range to achieve different functions, such as turning lights on/off,adjusting brightness, CT, static RGB color, effects of dynamic modes, and recalling scenes, which meet the needs of users for different lighting applications.
Zone control is supported and one remote can control multiple zones. Multiple controllers can be paired with one zone to achieve group control in this zone. A single press on ON/OFF button allows you to turn on/off all zone lights at the same time.

Frequently Asked Questions
What type of lighting can the Ltech M5D Mini Remote control?
The Ltech M5D is designed for RGBCW lighting control. It works with a P5 controller that supports DIM, CT, RGB, RGBW, and RGBCW light modes, while this remote itself is specified for RGBCW use. It can handle on/off control, brightness adjustment, color temperature changes, static RGB color selection, dynamic modes, and scene recall.
Does the M5D support multi-zone control?
Yes, the M5D supports zone control and is built for multi-zone use. One remote can control multiple zones, and multiple controllers can be paired within a zone for grouped operation. It also allows all zone lights to be turned on or off together with a single button press.
What is the wireless range of the Ltech M5D Mini Remote?
This model uses RF 2.4GHz wireless transmission technology. Its stated control distance is up to 30 meters under no-interference conditions. Actual range can vary if the environment introduces signal interference.
Is the M5D suitable for commercial or large lighting control areas?
Yes, it is a practical option for larger lighting layouts because one remote can control a large number of controllers within its effective range. Its multi-zone capability also makes it useful where grouped lighting control is needed across separate areas. That makes it relevant for commercial and professional lighting applications using compatible controllers.
What power source does the Ltech M5D Mini Remote use?
The M5D operates at 3V DC and uses one CR2032 button battery. Its standby current is listed as less than 2uA, which supports very low idle power consumption. This is a handheld remote, not a line-voltage device.
What environments can this remote operate in?
The specified working temperature range for the M5D is -30°C to 55°C. That gives it a wide operating range for demanding indoor or protected-use environments where ambient temperatures may vary significantly. Buyers should still confirm the overall application environment is appropriate for the rest of the lighting control system.
Which controller is this remote intended to work with?
The product description states that the M5D is intended to connect to a P5 controller. That controller supports 5-channel output and multiple lighting modes including DIM, CT, RGB, RGBW, and RGBCW. For this specific remote, the listed dimming mode is RGBCW.
