FAQ

What is this Boxco S-Series enclosure typically used for?

This model is a plastic enclosure designed for protecting components in industrial and commercial applications where a sealed housing is needed. Its screw-type construction and IP67 rating make it suitable for use where dust protection and resistance to temporary water exposure are important.

What are the dimensions of this enclosure?

This enclosure measures 3.15 x 5.12 x 3.35 inches, which is 80 x 130 x 85 mm. Those dimensions make it a compact option for applications that need a moderate amount of internal space without moving to a much larger box.

How durable is this enclosure for demanding environments?

This model is rated IP67 and IK08, which indicates protection against dust ingress and resistance to impact. It is built for demanding environments where durability and enclosure integrity matter.

What temperature range can this enclosure handle?

This Boxco enclosure is rated for temperatures from -40 °C to 110 °C. That range supports use in both very cold and high-heat environments, provided the overall application stays within the product's specified limits.

Does this model include any base features for easier enclosure selection?
